There may have been no Wanda Diamond League champions in 2020, but there was no shortage of world-beating performances from the world's biggest track and field superstars.
In Joshua Cheptegei, Mo Farah and Sifan Hassan, no fewer than three athletes set new world records on the Diamond League circuit this year, while Karsten Warholm and Mondo Duplantis also broke record after record in the 400m hurdles and the pole vault.
The season also saw a return to winning ways for Diamond League legends such as Faith Kipyegon and Elaine Thompson-Herah, both of whom tore up the track on a sparkling night in Monaco.
