The Wanda Diamond League continues in Lausanne this Wednesday with yet another world-class line up of global champions.
A total of 27 Olympic medallists will be in action at the Athletissima meeting, as the world’s best athletes take their final steps towards the Wanda Diamond League Final in Zurich on August 27-28.
Noah Lyles and Kishane Thompson are set to resume their rivalry in the men’s 100m, while Paris 2024 800m gold medallists Keely Hodgkinson and Emmanuel Wanyonyi both face Olympic-level fields in their respective races.
Meanwhile, there are still key battles to be fought in the race for qualification in a number of disciplines, including the women’s high jump, men’s shot put and the men’s 5000m.
