Bol joins British stars in London

Dutch 400m hurdles ace Femke Bol and British pole vault and high jump stars Molly Caudery and Morgan Lake have all confirmed their attendance at the Wanda Diamond League meeting in London in July.

Femke Bol will return to the scene of her 400m hurdles Diamond League record when she lines up in London on July 19.

Reigning Olympic champion Bol has dominated the women’s 400m hurdles in the Wanda Diamond League in recent years, claiming 25 individual victories and four successive titles since her breakthrough season in 2020.

Bol broke the Diamond League record in London in both of the last two seasons, clocking 51.45 in 2023 and 51.30 in 2024.

Those are still the two fastest times in Diamond League history, and the Dutch star will be hoping to go even faster this year and make it a triumphant triple of series records in the British capital.

She will be joined in London by a host of big names, including a number of local superstars.

Olympic 800m Keely Hodgkinson will be hoping to improve on her British record when she returns to London this year, while Scottish star Josh Kerr lines up against Norwegian rival Jakob Ingebrigtsen in the men’s 1500m.

The home crowd will also be able to get behind Molly Caudery in the women’s pole vault and Morgan Lake in the women’s high jump.
