Brussels: Press Conference

Mondo Duplantis, Sifan Hassan and Nafi Thiam will face the media at the pre-meeting press conference ahead of the Brussels Diamond League meeting this week.

The 2021 Wanda Diamond League hits the home straight this week, as athletes head to Brussels on Friday for the last series meeting of the year and a last chance to secure qualification for next week’s Wanda Diamond League Final in Zurich. 

Pole vault Olympic champion Mondo Duplantis, Dutch distance superstar Sifan Hassan and Belgian hero Nafi Thiam will be facing the media on Thursday ahead of the Allianz Memorial Van Damme meeting. The 2025 Wanda Diamond League season continues in Stockholm on Sunday, June 15.

The action begins at 17:14 local time (GMT/UTC+2) with the women’s high jump and the main two-hour programme and global broadcast starts at 18:00 local time with the women’s 400m hurdles.
