The four Wanda Diamond League meetings scheduled for July have confirmed which disciplines will earn increased prize money at their events in 2025.
According to the new prize money structure introduced for the 2025 season, each series meeting can nominate four “Diamond+ Disciplines” (two male and two female).
These disciplines will offer higher levels of prize money, with the maximum for individual athletes rising from USD 10,000 to USD 20,000.
The Diamond+ Disciplines at Eugene, Monaco and London will be as follows:

Monaco | 100m hurdles women, 400m hurdles women, 200m men, pole vault men |
London | 800m women, pole vault women, 100m men, 1500m men |
The Diamond+ Disciplines for the next three meetings will be announced in the coming weeks.
In 2025, Wanda Diamond League meetings will pay out a total of 9.24 million USD in prize money, the highest total pot in the series’ history.
All prize money is entirely gender-equal, with exactly the same rates for male and female athletes in each discipline.

About the Wanda Diamond League
The Wanda Diamond League is the elite one-day meeting series in global athletics. It comprises 15 of the most prestigious events in global track and field. Athletes compete for points at the 14 series meetings in a bid to qualify for the two-day Wanda Diamond League Final, which will be held in Zurich on 27th and 28th August 2025.
