Lausanne has become the latest 2025 Wanda Diamond League meeting to sell out weeks in advance as the battle for a place in this year’s series final continues to heat up.
The Stade de la Pontaise will be at its full capacity of 13,500 spectators when the world’s best athletes hit the track at the Athletissima meeting on August 20.
Athletissima is one of several Diamond League meetings to have sold out this season, with ticket sales records also broken in cities such as London and Zurich.
The British leg of the series will take place in front of 60,000 spectators at the London Stadium next month, while tickets for the main day at the Wanda Diamond League Final in Weltklasse Zurich sold out within 48 hours earlier this summer.
The Wanda Diamond League continues at the Prefontaine Classic in Eugene on July 5. Ticket information for all remaining meetings can be found here.
