Shot put world record holder Ryan Crouser launches his campaign at Athletissima, while Indian javelin star Neeraj Chopra returns from injury to continue his title defence and Ivorian sprint queen Marie-Josée Ta Lou aims for a third successive win.
The action will start at 19:15 local time (GMT+2) with the women’s javelin and the main programme will kick off at 20:00 local time with the women’s 800m.
