Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone will join a host of fellow Olympic champions and world record breakers at the ninth leg of the 2025 Wanda Diamond League in Eugene next month.
The Olympic champion and world record holder in the 400m hurdles will headline a non-Diamond Discipline 400m flat at the Prefontaine Classic in Eugene on July 5.
McLaughlin-Levrone burst into the global consciousness when she won the Diamond League title at the age of just 20 in Zurich in 2019.
She has since become one of the most successful athletes of her generation, winning both Olympic and World Championship gold twice and breaking the world record six times.
She joins an already stellar cast of global champions in Eugene which includes Letsile Tebogo, Faith Kipyegon, Jakob Ingebrigtsen and Mondo Duplantis.

The Wanda Diamond League is the elite one-day meeting series in global athletics. It comprises 15 of the most prestigious events in global track and field. Athletes compete for points at the 14 series meetings in a bid to qualify for the two-day Wanda Diamond League Final, which will be held in Zurich on 27 and 28 August 2025.
