The world’s biggest track and field stars are in Monaco this Friday for the tenth leg of the Road to the Final in the Wanda Diamond League.
World champions Faith Kipyegon and Oblique Seville are looking to bounce back from surprise defeats in Eugene last weekend, while Olympic champion Masai Russell continues her quest for the world record in the women’s 100m hurdles.
Gabby Thomas also makes her first Diamond League appearance in two years in the women’s 200m, taking on fellow Paris 2024 gold medallist Julien Alfred.
The action begins at 18:15 local time (GMT/UTC+2) with the women’s pole vault and the main programme and two-hour broadcast starts at 20:00 local time with the women’s 400m.
