Ever wondered how a world-class athlete stays fit in the off-season? Ever wondered how the pandemic might affect their season preparation?
As the weeks tick down to the 2021 Wanda Diamond League season, we caught up with some of track and field's biggest stars at home as they prepare for an exceptional Olympic year.
First up is 2017 World Championship gold medallist Emma Coburn, a USATF steeplechase legend and podium regular on the Wanda Diamond League circuit.
Coburn takes us through her training routines at home in Colorado -- from the morning coffee to "chilled" four-mile afternoon runs and barn gym workouts.
Along the way, we meet her parents' chickens and also find out what coach and husband Joe Bosshard has to say about the challenges of coaching his wife in lockdown.
