Over the course of the last four months, the world’s best athletes have built their life around the Wanda Diamond League.
As the backbone of the international outdoor season in track and field, the Diamond League is where the sport’s biggest stars have to compete if they are to prove themselves at the highest level.
But competition is only the tip of the iceberg.
For athletes, a Diamond League season also means a demanding journey across four continents and 15 cities, as they carefully build their campaigns to hit peak form for the Wanda Diamond League Final and global championships.
From late-night training sessions and intimate track-side interviews to Chinese lessons and train journeys, the Unscripted cameras have followed them every step of the way, giving fans a unique insight into life on the circuit in 2026.
As well as a full episode for each of the 15 Diamond League meetings, this season also saw two bonus episodes of Unscripted released at the end of the season.
The first sees Karsten Warholm and Lieke Klaver take on a series of challenges in Zurich as part of their role as brand ambassadors for the Wanda Diamond League’s Official Mobility Partner Zeekr.
The second tells the season-long story of Warholm and Alison Dos Santos’ battle for supremacy in the 400m hurdles, tracing their journey from the season opener in Keqiao right up to the series final in Brussels
